Our factory
A manufacturer, not a middleman
Olympic Furniture owns and operates a 60,000 sq ft factory at Dubai Industrial City, Dubai. Our floor runs a CNC beam saw, CNC router, CNC drilling line, automatic edge bander, a robotic welding cell and our own upholstery unit, so steel frames, panel furniture and soft seating are all cut, machined, welded, sewn and assembled in-house by our own staff.

What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. We supply single units as readily as full camp fit-outs, so you can order one bunk bed or a thousand. Pricing improves as quantities rise. Contact us with your quantity and product list and we will confirm immediately.
Do you deliver to all Emirates?
Yes. Olympic Furniture delivers and installs across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, from our factory in Dubai Industrial City. We also export to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
How long does a bulk order take?
Lead time depends on order size and specification. Once we receive your quantity and product list, we confirm your exact production and delivery dates in your quote, usually within one working day.
Are your mattresses suitable for staff accommodation?
Yes. We supply mattresses in standard bunk bed and single bed sizes, with fire-retardant options available for labour accommodation and staff housing requirements.
Can you manufacture to our own drawings?
Yes. We manufacture to customer drawings and samples. Send us your dimensions, steel gauge, colour, and finish requirements and we will quote accordingly.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We can provide product samples or arrange a factory visit at our Dubai Industrial City facility before you commit to a bulk order.
What materials do you use for bunk beds?
Our bunk beds are made from powder-coated steel tube, with the exact gauge and load rating confirmed in the specification sheet for each model. Contact us for the datasheet.
Do you install on site?
Yes. Our own delivery team handles delivery and installation on site across the UAE, so furniture arrives assembled and ready for use. Export orders to the GCC are supplied flat-packed or crated for onward assembly.
