About Olympic Furniture
Olympic Furniture is a UAE furniture manufacturer operating a 60,000 sq ft factory at Dubai Industrial City. We produce metal bunk beds, mattresses, steel lockers, wardrobes, dining and mess furniture, hotel room sets and restaurant seating in bulk for labour camps, staff accommodation, labour supply companies, contractors, hotels and restaurants across the UAE, with export across the GCC.
Our factory
A manufacturer, not a middleman
Olympic Furniture owns and operates a 60,000 sq ft factory at Dubai Industrial City, Dubai. Our floor runs a CNC beam saw, CNC router, CNC drilling line, automatic edge bander, a robotic welding cell and our own upholstery unit, so steel frames, panel furniture and soft seating are all cut, machined, welded, sewn and assembled in-house by our own staff.

Every item is produced in our own factory. We control the steel, the welding, the powder coating, and the quality check.

The factory
Inside the production process
Every order moves through the same stages on our floor at Dubai Industrial City, from raw board and steel to a checked, loaded truck.

1. Panel cutting
Board is cut to size on our CNC beam saw against the approved drawing, so every panel in the batch is identical.

2. CNC machining
Shaped parts, cut-outs and profiles are machined on the CNC router for repeatable results across large orders.

3. Drilling and dowelling
Hinge, dowel and shelf-pin holes are bored on the CNC drilling line so carcasses pull square on assembly.

4. Edge banding
Exposed edges are sealed on our automatic edge bander, which is what keeps panel furniture intact in heavy-use accommodation.

5. Steel cutting and welding
Steel tube is cut and fabricated in-house, then frames are welded and squared in jigs so every bed and locker matches.

6. Upholstery
Mattresses, headboards, chair pads and booth seating are cut, foamed and sewn in our own upholstery unit, on industrial machines run by our staff.
